Rebirth Development has successfully delivered its project site in Rijswijk to Bouwfonds Property Development (BPD), marking an important milestone in the area’s development.

Over the past period, Rebirth Development has fully prepared the site for construction by demolishing the existing structures and clearing the location. With this phase now completed, the site is ready for the next stage of development.

BPD will continue with the realization of a residential complex featuring an underground parking garage. The project will be known as “De Waterman.”
