Following the acquisition of our second project on Curaçao last summer, we’ve reached an important next milestone.

The development plans for Sami Verde are now finalized, and the building permit application has been formally submitted. In parallel, we have initiated the pre-sale phase, allowing early interest to be registered ahead of the official launch.

Sami Verde is a boutique development of 40 homes near Blue Bay, designed around nature, tranquility and a strong connection to the landscape. The project continues our focus on small-scale, nature-inclusive living, with shared green spaces and a sustainable, locally rooted character.

With the foundations now firmly in place — both literally and figuratively — we look forward to taking the next steps in bringing this project to life.
