Together with our partners, Rebirth has successfully finalized the full acquisition of the Baia Vista ground at the end of 2025. With this step, we have secured multiple phases of development, including Phase 3, and further strengthened our long-term belief in this part of Curaçao.

This acquisition enables us to move forward with a residential development of approximately 150 to 200 homes, forming a cohesive and carefully planned community that reflects our vision for sustainable, high-quality living on the island.

Construction is progressing well. We are on track to complete the foundation works of Phase 1, consisting of 40 apartments, in January 2026. Following this milestone, the focus will shift to the above-ground construction phase, including masonry and structural works. In parallel, we are preparing Phase 2, which will comprise an additional 40 apartments.

By securing both the land position and the full development scope, Baia Vista Residence — including future phases — continues to evolve from vision to reality. We look forward to sharing further updates as the project advances through its next phases.
