On December 29th 2022, reBirth has become the new owner of the retail property at Loosduinse Hoofdstraat 315 in The Hague. The property was owned by the Offers family for decades, who operated a home furnishing store here.

In the run-up to the transfer of ownership, Rebirth has obtained a permit for the transformation of the building into 24 studio apartments on floors 1-4 and a retail space on ground floor. Construction will start in 2023.

The Loosduinen shopping center is a full-service shopping area where large retailers such as Albert Heijn, Aldi, Blokker and Hema alternate with local retailers who have been established there for many years.
