Following the successful launch of our first development, Baia Vista, we’re proud to take the next step: this week, we officially signed for the development of 3.6 hectares of land near Blue Bay.

At this unique location, we are developing Sami Verde: a new resort comprising approximately 40 semi-detached and detached homes, centered around nature, tranquility and connection. The concept emphasizes shared green spaces, nature-inclusive living and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The homes will be suitable for both permanent residence and short-term rental use.
