Following the successful launch of our first development, Baia Vista, we’re proud to take the next step: this week, we officially signed for the development of 3.6 hectares of land near Blue Bay.

At this unique location, we’re working on plans for a new resort comprising 40 (semi-)detached homes centered around nature, tranquility, and connection. The concept emphasizes shared gardens, nature-inclusive living, and small-scale agriculture. The homes will be suitable for both permanent residence and tourist rentals.

We’re excited to bring this new project to life — this time in collaboration with a strong local partner. Curaçao continues to offer a truly unique opportunity to develop in a sustainable and forward-looking way.
