In August 2026, Rebirth Development completed the acquisition of a new residential development site on Curaçao.
The project, named Hòfi Bisento, comprises approximately 6.3 hectares of land and is envisioned as a low-density residential community with around 60 individual building plots.
Located on the western side of Curaçao, Hòfi Bisento will offer buyers the opportunity to purchase their own plot and create a home that suits their individual needs. In addition to individual plot sales, Rebirth Development is exploring the development of selected model homes to provide buyers with a complete land-and-home solution.
With generous plots, a natural setting and a focus on spacious Caribbean living, Hòfi Bisento aims to create an attractive new residential community for both local and international buyers.
