Havenkwartier

Rebirth redevelops a former concrete mortar plant in Havenkwartier. The project is part of the transformation of the Havenkwartier in Rijswijk into an attractive place where people like to work, live and stay.

Rebirth has made plans to realize a 20.000 sqm development, consisting of apartments, a commercial ground floor and underground parking. This program, located next to the water, will create a unique piece of Rijswijk.
