In January 2022, Rebirth signed an agreement for the purchase of a retail space in the center of the Bomenbuurt, on Fahrenheitstraat in The Hague.

The property has an entrance on the ground floor to a commercial floor on the first floor. Together with the basement below, it measures approximately 650 sqm.

Because of the zoning plan, there are various options for giving the space a new function. It is also possible to add extra volume to the top of the building.

Rebirth sold the property to a local investor in December 2022.
