Baia Vista Residence – Curaçao

Since 2025, Rebirth Development has been active through a subsidiary as the delegated developer of a new residential project on Curaçao.

The project, which will comprise approximately 150 to 200 homes across several phases, has been named Baia Vista — a reference to the beautiful views over the nearby Sint Joris Bay.

The residence includes various types of homes: apartments, penthouses, and semi-detached villas, with shared or private gardens, swimming pools, and other communal facilities.
