Early November, our Rebirth project team visited Curaçao for an on-site working visit.

The purpose of this trip was twofold: to actively support and guide our ongoing projects, and to explore new opportunities together with our local partners.

During the visit, the team focused on:

• On-site project supervision and construction progress, including technical reviews and alignment with our construction and project management partners;

• In-depth meetings with local partners, advisors and stakeholders, strengthening existing collaborations and discussing next steps;

• Further optimizing our construction supervision and project coordination, ensuring quality, efficiency and adherence to planning;

• Exploring the market and identifying new development opportunities that fit our long-term vision on the island.

Our Curaçao projects — including Baia Vista Residence, where construction is actively progressing, and our second development location Sami Verde — remain key pillars within Rebirth’s international development strategy. By maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence, we ensure that vision, execution and local expertise remain closely aligned.
