Rebirth Development acted as the originator in the successful transfer of a residential portfolio from an international investor to a local private investor.

The portfolio comprises seven assets, including five properties in Leiden and two properties in The Hague, with a total of more than 35 residential apartments and 9 commercial units.

Our role focused on identifying the opportunity, connecting the parties, and facilitating the transaction from origination through to completion.

Transactions such as these demonstrate the continued demand for well-located mixed-use residential assets in the Dutch market and reflect our ongoing involvement in sourcing and originating investment opportunities for both domestic and international investors.

While our primary focus is on real estate development, we also selectively assist investors with acquisitions, disposals, and off-market opportunities where we can add value through our network and market knowledge.
