Rebirth Development | YOUNG, together with its development partner BPS Real Estate, has sold its real estate development ‘De Waterman’ in Rijswijk to BPD Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling, part of Rabobank.

Located in the transformation area ‘het Havenkwartier’ in Rijswijk, the plan for ‘De Waterman’ on the Nijverheidsstraat includes 120 owner-occupied homes ranging from 55 to 140 m², including an underground parking garage and a high plinth with commercial spaces.
