On January 12th 2021 reBirth entered into an agreement with a real estate investor from Naaldwijk to acquire the former expedition center on Havenplein 3, Naaldwijk.

On this location, the entrance to the local shopping area, reBirth is planning to realize affordable homes with private parking spaces. Currently, local partners are selected to shape the ideas into a proposal in close cooperation with the Municipality of Westland.
