Following the successful launches of Baia Vista and Sami Verde, we’re excited to announce the acquisition of our third development project on Curaçao.

Located in the western part of the island, in the Banda Abou region, Hòfi Bisento comprises more than six hectares of land with the potential to develop approximately 60 residential plots. The concept focuses primarily on offering spacious building lots, giving buyers the freedom to design and build their own dream home in one of Curaçao’s most peaceful and natural surroundings. In addition, we are exploring the possibility of offering one or more model homes to inspire future residents and simplify the building process.

With Hòfi Bisento, we continue our strategy of creating high-quality residential communities in distinctive locations, combining quality, sustainability and long-term value. The project has now entered the planning and permitting phase, after which sales preparations will commence.

The acquisition of Hòfi Bisento marks another important milestone in Rebirth’s continued growth on Curaçao.
