Rebirth Development signed an exclusive agreement for the development of sections T3 – T4 at Hòfi Sint Joris.

The plan is to realize approximately 150 – 200 homes in three phases under the name “Baia Vista Residence”, a reference to the stunning views over the nearby Sint Joris Bay. The homes are intended for private use, long-term rentals, and vacation rentals. In addition, several shared facilities will be added, including swimming pools, pool decks, a café, and transport options.

The sections, covering a total area of 42,000 square meters, form part of a larger area development.

Nanne Veenstra, Managing Director of Rebirth Development, explains:

“This is Rebirth’s first development on Curaçao, but we already know the island very well from personal experience. For the realization of this project, we will be spending significant time on Curaçao and working closely with local partners. We also see many opportunities to expand our activities on the island in the near future.”
