In the summer of 2023, Rebirth sold two of its development positions. Both transactions were concluded “off-market”.

The Aquarius hotel in Scheveningen, which is currently still being operated, has been sold to a real estate investor who is planning to develop a new hotel at this location in collaboration with a delegated developer.

The former department store Offers Wonen & Wonen has been sold to a healthcare institution that is adding the building to its portfolio for its own use.
