Just before the turn of the year, reBirth sold its commercial space on Fahrenheitstraat to an investment company based in The Hague.

At the beginning of 2022, reBirth became the owner of the commercial space which was then rented to sports retailer “Favoriet Sport”. During the year a study was carried out into the transformation possibilities. The zoning plan allows for residential, office and retail and therefore offers numerous possibilities in an attractive area of The Hague.

The new owner will proceed with the development plans of reBirth and add the store to its investment portfolio.
