Stay at 7 is a concept hotel on the outskirts of The Hague.

This former office building of 5.800 m2 LFA and 80 parking spaces has been transformed into a hip concept hotel with 148 rooms, a catering room, meeting facilities and terrace.

Located within walking distance of Rijswijk Station at Volmerlaan 7, the hotel is an ideal location for (international) students of The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam. Expats, business travelers and holidaymakers also like to stay there.

The hotel has been leased to an operator on a long-term basis.
