Loosduinse Hoofdstraat 315

In June 2021 reBirth signed an agreement with the family Offers for the acquisition of their retail property in the heart of shopping area Loosduinen, located at Loosduinse Hoofdstraat 315 in The Hague.

The property has been owned by the family Offers since 1926, where three generations operated their store Offers Wonen & Mode (living accessories & fashion). The property has three levels of shopping space and a private apartment on top, totaling 1.000 sqm.

Because of the broad destination plan, multiple opportunities exist to repurpose the property. reBirth has obtained a permit for a transformation into 24 studio-apartments with retail space on ground floor.

In December 2022, reBirth became the new owner of the property. The building and redevelopment plans were sold to a new owner in May 2023.
