Kerkweg 226-228

In April 2021 Rebirth acquired hotel “De Unie” in Waddinxveen. The hotel is situated along Kerkweg-Oost, directly after the well-known bridge that gives access to Waddinxveen.

The property has been accommodating a hotel operation for many years, but it ceased operations due to the covid pandemic.

Rebirth has made plans to continue the hotel on ground floor (hotel-restaurant with 15 rooms), and to realize 17 apartments on the floors above.

In March 2022, the Municipality of Waddinxveen acquired the building from Rebirth as a strategic investment.
