Havenplein

reBirth acquired a position at Havenplein 3 in Naaldwijk. The commercial building (1.100 m2 LFA) served as a PTT Post expedition center for years. It lies at the entrance of the shopping area and on walking distance of the characteristic Wilhelminaplein.

In recent years the building used to be vacant most of the time, and as a result became an eyesore to the local residents. reBirth is planning to realize high-quality homes with private parking places. Currently, local partners are selected to finalize plans and coordinate realization with the Municipality of Westland.
