Acaciastraat-Fahrenheitstraat

reBirth is responsible for the planning for the expansion of an apartment complex from 39 to 56 studios on behalf of the owners association of the building.

The extension involves extending the characteristic Art Deco style of the building from Farhenheitstraat towards Laan van Meerdervoort, creating a uniform facade image and using the space more efficiently. In addition, an extra floor with studios will be added on the current roof.

The complex is used for student housing. This expansion responds to the demand for affordable student housing in The Hague.
