At the end of June 2022, the environmental permit submitted for the transformation of Loosduinse Hoofdstraat 315 in The Hague has become irrevocable.

The aesthetics committee is enthusiastic about the redevelopment of the 1980s department store into 24 rental apartments with a commercial plinth:

“The interesting level differences in the hull to be retained are used for an understandable and rich facade image. The horizontal bands, the depth jumps and the different heights of the facade openings emphasize the hull and thus refer to the original design. At the same time, these new elements add quality to the building and at this prominent head of Loosduinse Hoofdstraat/Tramstaat.”

The planning was supervised and elaborated by Bruusk Architecten in The Hague.

We are pleased with this milestone and are now looking for a buyer who wants to take care of the realization of the plan, independently or with us on board.
